We do this with a data technology tool that warns consumers when they are being exposed to harm from fake or illicit goods, whenever and wherever they shop online, and enables them to make the “right” purchase choice if they wish to. The underpinning data models are always learning, including from the stories people share with us through our survey, and they get smarter with every new check that is made. Phlo instead acts as the pharmacy and delivers legally and conveniently to where the patient is. Worked with Phlo during restructuring and delivered refocus on the customer facing ordering app through which patients ordered from Phlo.The app connected to a complex eco system to ensure dispensing was legal, conformed to pharmaceutical guidelines and joined up to a logistics system that ensured delivery. My role was to help the company through some changes and embed a delivery culture that enabled engineers, management, and marcoms align to deliver a successful product.
