I have 14 years in administration and customer service experience. This is a gift not something that be taught and mastered. At all of my jobs I have complied to office procedures, reporting requirements, information updates and office equipment while handling multitasking with the phone of incoming calls and outgoing. I have taken detail message written and in the database; while handling 3-4 programs at a time and being on phone with a smile. I provided the majority of personal care services for patients. I assist individuals with activities such as dressing, toileting, bathing and grooming. Assign to check on patients on a regular basis, and check vital signs and monitoring the patient's general condition, reporting vital information to RNs as needed. Serve as advocates for patients and their families by relaying concerns or problems to other members of the health care team as warranted, and by providing emotional support. Safely transport patients with a variety of medical conditions. I shop for food products on a day by day basis to give the client the best meals. Assist patients in transferring from one position or area to another, and transport patients within the facility. I was responsible for the balancing of daily cash deposits and bank vault inventory with a zero error rate. I processed cash withdrawals and researched and resolved customer issues on personal savings, checking and lines of credit accounts. I examined checks for identification and endorsement. I maintained confidentiality of bank records and client information and delivered prompt, accurate and excellent customer service.
