Established cross-team customer consensus for a common certification system and processes for a major commercial avionics system provider, reducing per project labor costs by $75k and per project capital costs by $50-$100k on projects with typical budgets of less than $1MMRe-engineered engineering and quality assurance processes for a major avionics system provider based on dramatically increased quality requirements of one of two of the world’s largest airframe manufacturer’s.
