Triad Construction Inc. is a General Contractor and Project Management Company. We are a STAR Building dealer, and specialize in the sale and construction of metal buildings by STAR Building Systems. We also perform commercial, agricultural and residential construction services. Duties include: marketing and sales of STAR Buildings; estimating, bidding and managing projects; billings, AR, AP and payroll; managing labor force and subcontrators; Owner relations and maintaining working relationships to ensure repeat customers.

Estimate, Bid and Manage a wide variety of projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Air Force.

Superintendent @ Rushmore Crossing in Rapid City, SD- Successfully completed all building shells (100,000 Sq Ft), tenant improvements interior and exterior finishes, as well as site work (50 Acres) within budget and on time for Tenant turn over.- Finished seven tenant improvements consecutively amounting to approximately 100,000 Sq Ft. - Passed inspections held by Target and their independent SWPPP inspection agency, receiving a green rating (best possible) for site on two separate occasions. - Inspect and maintain all SWPPP practices on site. Attended SWPPP workshops.- Worked with all aspects of construction from mass grading to tenant improvements.- Developed positive working relationships with sub-contractors, coordinate subs, lead weekly safety and jobsite meetings, fill out daily reports, update meeting minutes, perform carpentry and other misc. tasks

- Self perform surveying for sidewalks, stairs, and layout ceiling grid and all penetrations through ceiling (Lights, HVAC, etc.)- Coordinate sub-contractors, organize weekly safety meetings, and prepare meeting minutes & daily logs.- Handle day-to-day job-site operations & tasks.

- Concrete work: footings, walls and flatwork. Also did light framing, set steel columns, laid steel decking, hung steel liner panels, hung drywall, and set wooden rafters. Operated a Bobcat on a daily basis.
