Managed all operations of the University Club which was my base club. Responsibilities included golf operations, grounds operations, marketing and sales, accounting and budgeting, food and beverage. Managed 100 employees. Annual revenue 4.5MAdditional responsibilities include regional support in the same areas to three sister clubs located in Alabama and Kentucky.

Plant City Florida

This Meadowbrook managed facility was a 36 hole high end private club. I was responsible for all operations including golf, marketing and sales, grounds maintenance, swim, tennis, accounting and budgeting. I was also responsible for a food and beverage operation that generated 2.5M in annual sales with a 400 person occupancy banquet facility. Annual revenues for the club were 7.5M (second highest in the company) and staffed 130 employees. Additional responsibilities included the area operations management of a sister club located in Tampa FL. I assisted and directed the manager on site.

Tampa Florida

As PGA Director of Golf and General Manager of this 27 hole high end private club I was responsible for all the day to day operations in all departments. I was directly responsible for all golf operations including grounds maintenance, twelve clay tennis courts and two grass courts, an Olympic size pool complex, and 100 employees. Other areas under my watch were accounting, budgeting, strategic growth plans, financial forecasts, member relations, marketing and sales, community relations, and vendor relations. I also directed a food, beverage, and banquet facility that generated 1.7M in annual sales. Total annual revenue 5.5M

Lakeland Florida

Managed all the day to day operations for golf, food and beverage, marketing, member relations, community relations, and vendor relations. Due to the large number of members I was able to institute a unique membership program that allowed for 80,000 rounds of golf annually. I was responsible for 40 employees, inventory, and budgeting for my departments. Food and beverage operation generated $800,000 in annual sales. Total annual revenue for my departments were 3.7M.

Valrico Florida

With hard work, loyalty, responsibility, and accountability is was able to work my way up through the business starting in golf cart operations, then moving up to grounds maintenance, finally into the golf operations where I eventually turned professional and assisted the General Manager in all golf operations plus food and beverage. MG Orender (Past President of the PGA) was the General manager I worked my apprenticeship under.
