One of three businesses I currently own and run. A rare book and art dealer. A multiple property letting business in Devon, UK. Holiday lettings North Wales and the Costa del Sol, Spain. Previously Bunkhouse holiday lets in North Wales. FW Development has also owned and developed a nightclub, sports bar and restaurant in St Thomas, USVI. FW Development grew out of Upsales Ltd opportunity, a sales & marketing consultancy which I first started after leaving SRI and CRU.

I use to run consultancy projects in conjunction with employment and still consult from time to time. My business remains active and open to new projects. We work with around a dozen independent consultants of multiple backgrounds, as needed for specific projects. Some work has been for the public sector/government, but mostly large multi-nationals. Specialties include market research, new business development, product evolution, social trends and customer profiling, emerging technology research.

Snowdonia National Park

Originally founded as a private nature reserve, the bunkhouse was added for visiting guest. The bunkhouse facility became a gallery and part of the art and book business. It's a gallery and part-time residential educational facility by appointment only.

Set up as a Tolkien collectible museum, exhibition and events company in 51% partnership with co-founder Bernd Franz Greisinger. Originally conceived by myself as a mobile museum to make available public viewing one of the world’s largest private collection of Tolkien books, art and memorabilia. The most important pieces of rare books and original art acquired by Festival Art and Books. Greisinger originally had no intention of making the collection available to the public. He did not object to me making the collection available to the public and partnered with me in GTC Ag. (Greisinger Tolkien Collection). The original concept team worked together for several years, meeting every few months first in Germany then Switzerland, comprised a number fellow fans and friends, with artist Ivan Cavini the main concept artist.I then formed Festival in the Shire Ltd. opening the first Tolkien exhibition and conference event with a view to holding it around the world. This is posted heres as part of my CV mostly to give credit to the full team involved in the founding of the Greisinger Museum whom do not currently receive any recognition or benefit.

I am amused to see courses and degrees offered in entreprenuership, as if it was a professional field you could study and learn in some classroom environment? It is an art and a process, a personal journey, it is not something you aim to become, but something you are born to be. If this needs explaining, you will never understand or become one.
