Major project deliverables and systems management responsibilities included: core reference data (in-house security master file, portfolio and other centralized/common data needs), equity and fixed income trade warehousing, fund/portfolio holdings data warehousing, holdings hub application design and delivery, team management, project management, and strategic systems project delivery and data design. Managed development and support teams and projects associated with critical business functions and uses of key data subject areas, data resources, data integration, data warehousing, and analytical (BI) reporting capabilities. Worked extensively with matrixed resources, frequently covering multiple corporate sites and international locations (e.g. several US sites, London, Bangalore). Successfully leveraged both off-shore and disbursed on-shore resources to achieve application development goals, product enhancements, and operational support. Developed extensive skills and successful track-record in working with and leveraging a variety of resources spanning international, business, and technical backgrounds.

Development lead on a strategic data warehouse implementation. Worked on database design, database DDL, views, user configurations, relational constraint & management, stored procedure development (both load and maintenance), and extensive development of data warehouse domain and data population management logic. Development lead on data warehouse implementation regarding investment management needs of the in-house collateral investment portfolio. Report development, data analytics and trend research support.

Lead Database Administrator (DBA) supporting several data repositories and the growth of data usage/reliance as project success and the value of standardized data collection and storage resulted in the wider use of data for analytics and reporting capabilities. Functioned initially as lead DBA and then promoted to manager of database development team. Supported growing use of RDBMS functionalities. Lead team dedicated to development and support of applications leveraged for brokerage business reporting/analysis, brokerage gain/loss recovery, transfer agency cash management work flow, and cash accounting transactions. Expanded team and team responsibilities to support other functions such as board reporting, net business cash flow, broker sales analysis, human resources functions, etc.
