During this time I had assumed a number of different roles in various teams which allowed me to experience different aspects of the IT industry. Throughout the year I had many opportunities to build on my problem solving, communication and analytical skills by putting them into practice in a business environment. My main day to day responsibilities were: - To liaise with the technical and business teams to deploy new mobile applications or updates for those already existing.- Provide access management and administration to these applications to global markets. - To support the service manager by creating the service schema and supporting documents used by the 1st line support teams. - Enter and organize the project teams assets in the asset management system. - Administrate and enter data onto a Saleforce based tool. - Assist with the development of an innovation tool based on the Salesforce platform. - Aid with user adoption by introducing gamification of a new management tool. - Provide consultation for other teams with familiar processes that our team uses. - Design and manage the project teams sharepoint site. There were a few other responsibilities that I undertook which can be further seen on my CV.

They continue to be leaders and are acknowledged within the the field of stationary. In addition they have a highly regarded customer care mentality and retain a loyal customer base. They currently have 232 stores and an online shop, as well as 120 years of experience. - My main responsibilities within the shop were to work at the tills, provide photocopying services, binding services, stacking shelves/ rotating stock, general customer enquiries, stock check, maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and opening of the shop. - During my time working for Ryman we were visited by a mystery shopper and were given a performance review a few weeks later. From here my manager, supervisor and I went through the review and looked at areas of improvement for the shop. We would then implement strategies to further improve our service skills and stock arrangement.

- A responsibility I had was to carry out thorough quality control checks on the donated items ensuring they are at an acceptable standard for resale. - Following on from the quality control check, another responsibility I had to fulfil was to prices the items around the store. This was a very challenging and fun task as I had to look at the pros and cons of each product.
