Client Services Manager
CurrentMy role is to optimize and streamline processes enabling the complex Client Management Group to function as one cohesive group and interact with other groups at EarthSoft in support of company-wide goals. I oversee the resourcing needs for all client projects/solutions and develop processes to better facilitate cross team communication and foster a Kaisen mindset within EarthSoft. Responsibilities:• Interact with CMG staff, builds relationships and removes impediments for the staff while ensuring their project needs are being met.• Oversees the Services Coordination process, working directly with the Services Coordinator on process execution.• Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience throughout client engagement with services.• Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols.• Reaches out to clients after the completion of projects to reflect on successes and areas for improvement.• Resolve complex problems or disputes within CMG in a professional manner.• Coach and support CMG team members to help them follow implemented processes and meet departmental goals.
