Currently I lead the Global Operations group for the Human Resources group at Integra Lifesciences. With over twenty years’ experience in Human Resource Information Systems and process excellence I am responsible for the overall management of the Global HR service deliveryLooking at the disruptive trends within HR today, new approaches like SAAS, Analytics and Global Shared Services are fundamentally changing the way HR adds value to the business. At Integra I lead the teams that are delivering the new approaches to support our global HR team.I am a global minded leader with strong expertise in HR Systems, HR Operations Management and process improvement. I am responsible for driving strategies that improve the quality and speed of HR delivery while minimizing cost.
