• Proactively source candidates for all support functions within Head Office including, Finance, IT, Marketing, HR as well as Design and Technical Services through external websites, our database, Linked In and headhunting.• Ensure vacancies on the internal job board, Matalan’s website, and external sites are kept current and updated weekly, monitoring information on Matalan’s recruitment website to ensure up to date information and statistics• Receive direct applications, sift and provide Recruiting Managers within the business with all relevant applications• Conduct & Support with face to face interview, taking detailed notes where required• Undertake all aspects of administration related to the recruitment of all roles to ensure that Company and legislative requirements are met• Process candidate applications and log CV’s onto the database, forwarding to relevant Recruitment Manager• Handle enquiries from prospective candidates, as well as internal customers, both face to face and via the telephone• Provide administrative support to recruitment exercises, including co-ordinating and facilitating assessment days for Retail and Head Office• Support Recruitment Team with all aspects of ad hoc administration duties as and when required in relation to advertising, recruitment, offers, new starters, payroll • Ensure Resourcing Reports are full up to date on a weekly basis
