As a surveyor at UK Power Networks, I design low voltage electrical connections for residential and commercial customers. With over six years of experience in this role, I apply my map reading and power distribution skills to ensure efficiency and quality standards in every project.I also excel in customer service and safety, communicating effectively with clients and engineers, whilst upholding the best practices of the industry. My strong work ethic and passion for problem-solving stem from my 10-year service in the Royal Air Force, where I gained leadership and management skills, as well as strategic planning principles. I enjoy working as part of a team or as an individual, I always strive for excellence in all aspects of my work.I am also the Co-Director of an online fishing tackle company, using our own brand, we test our products to ensure the customer has the best possible experience using our products. With this I have to communicate with customers, suppliers and also manufacturers from different areas across the world to ensure our goals and quality assurance are met.
