Personal BiographyMark has a history of entrepreneurship having created businesses in both the UK & EuropeHaving commenced his business career as a Class ‘A’ PGA Golf Professional at The Woburn Golf & Country Club, Mark extended his sporting associations when asked to re-structure & develop a new complex in Norfolk.Once the above project became established, he took the decision to move abroad for three years & become involved in promoting significant sports & conference facilities in Spain and its Islands.Returning back to the UK, Mark founded a property co. in 1991 which was acquired by an investment team in 1997. His entry into the Recruitment Industry was via one of Europe’s largest staffing organisations in a position that saw him actively involved in Strategy & Re-Engineering projects of many blue chip companies, rationalising supply to provide competitive advantage to the client. Staffing services included full lifecycle with skill-sets ranging from highly technical to bid & programme teams delivered in a variety of methods from contingency to master vendor. Projects have included staffing into both Legacy & Innovation systems across a wide range of industry sectors including I.S, Infrastructure, Communication, Networks, Web based architecture, Integration, Roll-out & Migration. Mark founded F10 in 2000 & successfully with major organisations.
