• Produced and maintained an easy to read Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, enabling all personnel to view the status of each individual asset. The spreadsheet was deemed to be best practice once implemented.
• Monitored and ensured the standard of all vehicle inspection paperwork met both VOSA and military requirements, prior to the paperwork being issued.
• Managed all target times set to contractors, once they approached re-negotiated between departments and contractors for a new target time if required.

Abingdon

• Provided administrative and technical support to 20 military staff in both operational training and deployment.
• Delegated maintenance of the 60 strong vehicle fleet and reinforced both health and safety and engineering standards during the process.
• Ensured that personnel had a tailored programme that included technical and equipment specific training leading up to deployment.
