As Director of Network Operations at eClinicalWorks I work with a fantastic team of engineers. Our team supports a vast world leading cutting edge production infrastructure. From sophisticated monitoring, to proactive capacity modeling and trend analysis we achieve the best in class by working together to continually lead the industry in our hands on 24 x 7 engineering capabilities.

As the Executive Director of the Nature Walks Conservation Society it is my goal to bring environmental conservation education to the public. I work with the Board of Directors to establish educational media outlets to help raise environmental awareness. Creation of all marketing and social media initiatives. Website design and implementation. Field research including technical diving with a camera crew, all video and editing needs in the overall production.

Executive Producer and Host of the Nature Walks with Mark television series. The goal of the show is to create public awareness about wildlife via High Definition conservation based films geared to excite the public about the amazing wildlife right in our own backyards. Film production of the Nature Walks with Mark Fraser conservation episodes as seen by 4 million viewers on Mountain Lake PBS (NY State, Vermont, Quebec and Ontario, Ca). Have been seen on Discovery News multiple times and had the privilege of nation wide radio interview on Science Fantastic with professor Michio Kaku as well as have had pieces air on CBS evening news. A 20 year Diver also Certified in advanced diving as well as certified in underwater filmography. A lifetime outdoors enthusiast with in depth hands on knowledge of wildlife and the needs of their unique environments.

Directly managed a team of up to 50 senior telecommunications engineers and managers to include multiple technical departments TDM switching, VOIP Engineering, Optical Facilities and Network Operations. Designed, Developed, Built and Staffed at cutting edge Network Operations Control Center supporting multiple engineering needs 24x7 365 days/year.

Over the nearly 12 years at bcgi held many cutting edge technical roles. Spearheaded 3 iterations of Network Operations Centers including design and implementation. Managed a team of network Analysts whose role it was to both monitor for network anomalies and report statistical analysis of any network downtime in detailed weekly and monthly reports.
