Southern California Regional Director & General Manager (Irvine)
CurrentManage all operational and financial aspects of the Irvine location of the Coder School national franchise. Responsibilities include total P&L, staff hiring and management, customer satisfaction (parents and students), and advertising and community outreach. Also responsible for growing the student enrollment and maintaining existing enrollments. Manage a staff of 30+ instructors and administrators.New responsibilities include seeking locations for additional schools in Southern California, including Mission Viejo and Huntington Beach, and developing & training the staff for those locations, in addition to continuing to grow the Irvine school enrollment. In May of 2019, we reached a new high of 192 students who attend coding lessons for at least one hour each week.
