Manage all operational and financial aspects of the Irvine location of the Coder School national franchise. Responsibilities include total P&L, staff hiring and management, customer satisfaction (parents and students), and advertising and community outreach. Also responsible for growing the student enrollment and maintaining existing enrollments. Manage a staff of 30+ instructors and administrators.New responsibilities include seeking locations for additional schools in Southern California, including Mission Viejo and Huntington Beach, and developing & training the staff for those locations, in addition to continuing to grow the Irvine school enrollment. In May of 2019, we reached a new high of 192 students who attend coding lessons for at least one hour each week.

Responsible for the definition, development and delivery of next-generation products.

Plan and oversee the development and delivery of hardware and software for Storage Networking technology and products based on iSCSI.

Responsible for coordinating the development of sofware drivers and support utilities for Canon's line of color inkjet printers, laser printers and multifunction printers/copiers.
