A Registered Certified Public Accountant experienced in manufacturing, distribution, financial services, non for profit, and health care environments. Currently assisting a privately held medical clinic as an accountant and consultant.Prior to my current role, I was the accountant and human resource manager for a surgeon's medical and rehabilitation clinic. There I was responsible for cash management, payroll and related taxes, financial statements, banking relations and financing, profitability analysis, insurance, employee recruitment, benefits, and working with outside auditors, lawyers, and other healthcare professionals.During 2014 and 2015, I was an accounting consultant for a business materials supplier advising in the areas of cash management, creditor relations, accounts payable and receivables, along with federal and state tax matters. Following my service there, I worked on a year end closing project for a national syndicator of low income housing credits where I was responsible for the financial reporting for several of its funds. In 2013, I was a a pro bono consultant for The Taproot Foundation at The Children's Clinic in Oak Park sharing my Excel and Quick Books skills on a financial analysis and modeling project. For 2011 to 2012, I worked as a consultant at Aon Hewitt in Lincolnshire where I was part of the corporation's "Order to Cash" project. My service involved the review and improvement of business group contracts and billing information within the company's People Soft 9.0 system thus improving cash flow and revenue recognition along with reducing accrual entries.As my experience shows, I can truly offer versatility and knowledge as an accounting and financial professional to a wide range of industries.I continue to maintain my expertise through courses and seminars through the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society.So to sum up, how can I be of service to you and your organization?
