During this period, we added 9 new build facilities primarily in the Permian Basin and grew daily disposal volumes 200% to 250k/bpd.I raised, refinanced and restructured $150 million in debt with a four bank syndicate for growth and operations while maintaining strong lender relationships through reporting, meetings and calls.As the leader of the Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Capital Markets, Treasury, Human Resources and Risk Management functions, I had 3 direct reports and a staff of thirty. I introduced internal controls and best practice processes and procedures to the company while replacing over 50% of the Accounting team and shortening the cash cycle from over 100 days to under 60 days.Aqua Terra was comprised of 6 legal entities, 32 facilities and 200 employees serving customers throughout the United States and Canada.

This included the merger of Crossfire, a $200 million revenue, Rockies-based peer where we sold two divisions, closed unprofitable divisions and returned the business to profitability.I closed the company’s $460 million, three tranche, rated (B2/B+) institutional debt raise as a first time issuer leading all investor and lender meetings, calls and communications. Through these corporate and strategic efforts, I also spearheaded the consolidation of three legal entities to a single chart of accounts and ERP while introducing improved financial reporting and KPIs to the executive suite, operations management and Board.

This included the grass roots start up of Sunland Field Services, a $100 million recurring O&M revenue company (2014), which was supplemented by the acquisition of Black Horse Construction, a Bakken oil field construction company.
