My background spans science, finance, and marketing, uniquely suiting me to work at their intersection. My current focus is working with science-forward companies improving the world. My specialty is developing a strategic integration supported by financial models, marketing audits, and scientific appraisals across my various verticals. I do a robust amount of life science valuation and economics, especially pharmacoeconomics, healthcare economics, and neuroeconomics. At Emory, I studied neuroscience and economics. I focused on the mesolimbic dopamine system, mental illness, and ketamine at TReADLab. While working there, I lost my uncle to suicide, three months before ketamine was approved for depression, imbuing me with a burning passion to buttress translational science. (My goal is to eventually found a neurogenomics firm to improve mental health outcomes in the distant future.)I received my MBA from The USC Marshall School of Business in 2022. There, I found myself doing social equity (SE) economics research in cannabis, leading me to become one of the six economists in the space. My passion for SE led me to increasingly investigate FemTech economics, wherein I explore the R&D landscape as it relates to capitalization, as well as the disease burden of various conditions (notably endometriosis). During my MBA, I studied neurogenomics, as my first foray into personalized medicine. I pushed to integrate methylation risk scores, investigating the interplay between upstream biosynthetic pathways of significant neurotransmitters and downstream patient outcomes. Prior to business school, I had been running the cat-focused arm of a startup monetizing the multi-million followers of my animal-humor social media conglomerate, averaging over 100 million hits a year. (The flagship accounts are “@doggosbeingdoggos" and "@cattosbeingcattos" on Instagram and “Floof Bork Snoot ‘N’ Boop,” and "MeowLTD" on Facebook.) Due to the reach and the content, this is an extremely impactful way to help improve people's moods the world over through animal photos. Currently, I am open to projects spanning any of my backgrounds. I love meeting new people and am always open to collaborating or communicating. "A rising tide lifts all boats."
