Working with customers shoulder-to-shoulder to architect and build solutions in Azure. Includes infrastructure designs and application architectures as well as data solutions using both IaaS and PaaS capabilities found on the Azure Platform. This work was a primary driver leading to significant growth in cloud consumption. Technical sales activities included customer relationship building, pre-sales product presentations, whiteboarding sessions, multi-day architecture workshops, and one to two-week customer proof of concept efforts. Sales team leadership included speaking roles at team meetings as well as being an SME on internal corporate rhythm-of-business consumption pipeline reporting tooling and strategy. Authored an inventory tracking system in VB.NET. Included use of SQLClient classes to achieve SQL Server integration. Designed and authored a WYSIWYG report preview program in Visual Basic.NET. Included use of HTML type tags to denote text styles, bitmap insertion and use of GDI+ for visual presentation. Development of an abstracting and reusable persistence framework using OO (implementation inheritance) design in both Visual Basic.NET and C#.NET. Project technical lead for enterprise accounting system (FAS4T) deployment. Included some Sun Solaris system configuration and also software installation (Apache, BEA Tuxedo and FAST software). Duties included coordination of all technical aspects of the project including system installation and deployment. Authored CrimialDebt program in MS Visual Basic 6 that maintains accounting ledgers for all receipts taken for payment toward criminal debts. CriminalDebt is also responsible for maintaining records and the creation of vouchers for tracking cash disbursements. Ushered application from design phase through rollout using iterative design processes. Application included MS Excel automation and implementation of object persistence framework using MS SQL Server 2000 for data storage. Authored Case Assignment System in MS Visual Basic used to assign judges to cases randomly and assign case numbers appropriately. Included use of ActiveX components implemented with interface inheritance for binary compatibility and polymorphism. Designed and deployed MS SQL Server 2000 databases for data storage. Authoring of reports using Seagate Crystal Reports. Included implementation of web reporting tool for web access.

Designed, authored and implemented an ASP based post-sales support web site. Functions of the web site included ASP based multi-level access control, threaded user forum, searchable knowledgebase, product shopping cart and a web-based interface to corporate legacy software. Utilized ADO to connect to MS SQL Server 7.0. Designed and implemented Internet patch distribution system for InVision using Winsock and XML in VB6. Wrote ASP web application to interface with MS Access customer support incident management software. Managed customer support management software including migration to SQL Server.
