Accountable for all standard and ad hoc reporting as well as the stewardship of all aspects of the client financial relationship. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and forecasts with continuous variance analysis of financial performance factors relative to budget to include production of corrective action plans.• Complete both dynamic and static financial analysis to drive successful operational decision-making across multiple departments.• Deliver and present weekly operating reports and oversee month-end and year-end closing.• Create and manage adherence to annual budgeted capital expenditure plan.• Create and deploy internal sales and inventory audit systems to identify and correct process control weaknesses.• Ensure execution of financial reporting requirements of a major concessionaire contract as well as multiple subcontractor and franchisee contracts.• Liaise extensively with Human Resources Department regarding execution of policy, audit, and compensation analysis.
