As a Senior Advisor Monitoring i'am responsible for making visible what are the results (output) and effects (outcome) of the policy interventions that are suggested to solve or minimize a (social) problem. My main activities are:-Editing and maintaining the Planning & Control (P&C) Proces; -Monitoring of the P&C purposes and explaing its results and the deviations;-Advising how policy effects can be made visible by using KPi's;-Accomplishing Effectsessions and Social cost benefit analysis on projects and policy files;-Designing and building management portals with control information (Uitvoering & Services, Beschermd wonen en opvang); -Making of risk analysises and management measures e.g. implemenatation of the "Gebiedsondersteuningsnetwerk" (GON)

1. As a project leader I am supporting the program manager: - Creating one new organization Work & Participation with joint goals for the Wwb and Wsw. - Helping to clarify what budgets and formation may be used for this new organization. 2. As a policy advisor I am responsible for:- Planning & Control (Budgets, formation and Targets) - Education & re-integration policy- Labour market policy (Research on regional strength & weaknesses)

As an advisor I operated for various clients in different sectors:A brief summary:1. Developing a planning & control dashboard for a youth care institution.2. Devolopping a calculation tool for the Sw sector that clarifies what seperate municipalites must contribute to a common agreement. 3. Calculating Efficient numbers of formation for various municipalities using the BMC formation calculation model.4. Advising municipalities on more efficient spending of budgets.5. Advising a municipality in creating a "geluksbuget" for unemployed people who are socialy isolated. 6. Advising a municipality in possible models of cooperation between their of social afairs department and the local Sw company.
