The project outcome delivered only one agency across the ASIA PAC footprint. $3M savings plus delivered a greater share of voice of key resources at the agency, improved product, and efficient processes.• ICT achievements are broad, from strategy and procurement for company wide projects to bespoke apps across all types of technologies. Most recently the purchasing and set up of automated and optimised business process projects including SI (service integration), cloud strategies, SaaS, hardware (desktop, architecture), telco solutions, and bespoke apps to simplify business processes• Business Lead for SAP/Ariba role-out across ANZ. Successfully launched on time at 8 sites. Included all Indirect spend, 30 catalogues, 6 waves of suppliers, 2000 suppliers in scope. Lead on ANZ Suppler Enablement and CRM.• Developed a new packaging design and print process for all Packaged Goods. New Process generated $1.4M savings, reduced time to market and improved print reproduction across Flex and Offset print processes.• Developed an “End to End” strategic plan to deliver Shopper Promotional Material to market, resulting in $1M savings from $7.2M spend across Print and Warehouse/Logistics services.
