I’m an innovative leader with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation and a passion for user adoption research. My expertise lies in developing user centric technology adoption strategies and leading change by empowering people.I hold a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Heriot-Watt University, where I conducted research on how users adopt new technologies, taking into account key elements ranging from design, to experiences, to information architecture. I have presented on this topic in various conferences and even hosted a project management conference titled “Managing Change Through People” to connect new ideas of change management and adoption.I have a deep interest in connecting with people and sharing ideas, and as the Vice Chair of the Public Sector Project Management Forum, I focus heavily on bringing people together and learning from experiences.In addition, I am also a Professor at Conestoga College, teaching Project Management to the next generation of leaders.
