Manufacturing ITI have over 25 years experience directing multi-location IT departments for manufacturing companies in the Cincinnati area. During this time, I have managed the selection and implementation of mission critical applications such as ERP (BPCS), financial systems, electronic forms and data warehousing. In addition, I worked extensively with employees at all levels of the organization using technology to help achieve critical business goals.HealthcareTaking the experience I developed working with large, multi-functional software applications in the manufacturing field, I transitioned to the healthcare industry to help a large, multi-site healthcare provider organization manage change and extend their footprint in the Tri-State area.This included bringing on over 25 offices a year for 4 years, all without missing a deadline. Our team also provided leadership in selecting, supporting and upgrading 3rd party applications in the areas of EMR (Epic, Midmark), digital signage (Four Winds), and integrated office PBX systems. Related to the PBX project, I successfully managed the transition from a traditional PBX system to a cloud based, VOIP system that allowed the smooth transition of new offices while providing much needed updated capabilities for a growing office network spread over 3 states.
