I provide all aspects of comprehensive financial planning including cash flow, debt reduction, investment and risk management and retirement, education, tax and estate planning. I am a frequent speaker and publisher on these topics.It is extremely fulfilling to me to make a positive difference in my client’s lives and their family’s lives. I develop long term working relationships with clients in order to provide valuable assistance to them to help them live great lives of purpose and meaning with financial security.

My strong analytical skills and attention to detail help me create financial plans that strive to help my clients meet their financial goals. Many of my clients work for large oil companies of which I have benefit plan expertise having worked in the oil industry for 26 years. Other client occupations include dentists and realtors.

Outside of work, I love traveling and creating special memories with my wife Jullie, spending time with my friends, serving in the Celebrate Recovery program and staying healthy by working out. I also love reading inspiring books, watching football and playing with our dog, Bella! ‬

• Led effort and helped evaluate two key projects to the business unit’s success: • Completion Study - resulted in significant improvements and new techniques to increase oil production and improve the economic viability of oil wells.• ASP Study – provided the technical and economic justification for an alkali- surfactant-polymer (ASP) flood to recover significant oil reserves beyond the capability of the current recovery method.

• Led several multi-discipline teams of engineers and geologists to consistently achieve key goals including oil production, cost reductions and oil reserves increases. • Provided technical oversight for the development of multi-well project planning to achieve oil rate and reserve goals. • Annually oversaw the oil reserves accounting process for multiple fields assigned to my team.

• Designed and implemented well completions, enhancement and conformance work for the Anton Field to help meet oil production targets.• Led flood management effort for the CO2 and water floods to maximize oil production while optimizing the use of injected fluids. • Served in leadership positions to oversee the development of guidelines to better manage the CO2 and water flood fields in the Permian Basin.

Reservoir Engineer, Offshore Gulf of Mexico (GOM)• Evaluated and aggressively pursued acquisition of partner’s WI in GOM field.• Performed reservoir engineering and economic evaluation and recommended exploration, recompletion and other revenue enhancing projects to management.

Reservoir Engineer for East Texas Field• Evaluated and recommended major exploration prospect with potential of 23 development wells and 38 billion cubic ft natural gas reserves addition.• Evaluated and recommended a three well exploitation package – 700M bbl oil potential.• Performed extensive field review and recommended revenue enhancing projects. • Completed SEC reserve analysis for 12 East Texas fields. Presented results of a key OXY field to V.P.

Reservoir Engineer for Offshore Gulf of Mexico Fields • Performed extensive evaluations for seven offshore acquisition/divestiture projects.• Served as project coordinator for a major divestiture project.• Led effort to implement OGRE, a comprehensive economic evaluation software.• Completed thorough field study of a major oil field and presented action plan to partners.• Completed SEC reserve analysis for eight offshore fields.

Reservoir Engineer for Offshore Gulf of Mexico Fields • Evaluated reserves and generated drill projects - added 16 billion cubic ft natural gas and 145M bbls oil reserves. • Obtained $10 million drill well funding through successful presentations to V.P.• Led effort to implement decision analysis into GOM Exploitation Group. • Successfully recruited college engineers throughout career with Phillips.

Production/Reservoir Engineer for the Oklahoma Area• Proactively led team effort and developed growth strategy that increased drilling 350%.• Increased revenue by 10% through an aggressive recompletion/workover program.• Planned and directed well projects from reservoir evaluation through field supervision.• Supervised and increased efficiency of automation group 400%.• Directed implementation of automation projects that reduced well downtime.

Production Engineer, Offshore and Inland Waters• Generated and implemented recompletion and workover projects to enhance revenue.• Designed and completed gas-lift, gravel pack, advanced coiled tubing, crude oil transportation and facilities projects.
