A lifelong practice of spurring myself into challenging domains has allowed me to become a skilled web3 full stack engineer (solidity/remix, vite/typescript), DLT consultant, and futures trader. My specialties include green-fielding web3 projects, security auditing, identification of under and over-valued assets, detailed analysis of underlying economic fundamentals, preempting news-driven investor behavior, and forecasting unpredictable geopolitical catalysts. Considered one of the top fundraisers in the region, I concurrently mentored eight major gift colleagues. I freely shared techniques gained during the 17 years since I first chose to dedicate my career to pursuing positive outcomes for students and faculty at major universities. The greatest strength I see in the field of philanthropy is a growing trend among affluent donors to give at higher levels capable of transformative change rather than passing along excess wealth to their heirs. The greatest weakness I see in the field of philanthropy is an absence of qualified mentoring. Changed lives by managing a ten-person team to raise 70% of the organizations annual $4-5 million budget. Expanded major, endowed fund, and planned giving programs. Oversaw Development, Marketing/PR, and Grant Writing departments.

Oversaw all aspects of each College's development program, ACES initially, and later A&S; actively participated in the completion of NMSU's $256,257,511 "Doing What Counts" campaign. Raised $4 million through team efforts and personally raised an additional $3 million in major, principal, and planned gifts. Co-managed the Development Assistant position.

Served as major gifts officer during the establishment of two current-use funds ($12k and $15k), and one new endowment ($27k) during Berkeley's $2 billion capital campaign; doubled the size of a faculty member’s gift by successfully petitioning the Graduate Department to include the gift in their Graduate Matching Gift Initiative.Managed a portfolio of 150 endowment donors; classified them using A1-D4 giving scale after reviewing giving trends, level of involvement, and externally purchased wealth assessment data.Working in conjunction with the dean, department heads, faculty, staff, and students, managed over 500 distinguished professorships, endowed faculty chairs, graduate fellowships, undergraduate scholarships and awards whose total value exceeded $300 million.Assisted management in the drafting of fund terms; researched university polices, resolved conflicts, sought approval for line-item modifications from central development; submitted final drafts for approval; followed through with departments and donors after funds were established.

Implemented all aspects of the major giving program, The Discovery Circle (designed for donors who gave $1,000 or more to the Museum); coordinated cultivation and stewardship events, assisted with re-opening galas.Managed membership and development budgets, tracked relationships in the Raiser's Edge giving database, processed donations, provided projections, mid-year forecasts, and fiscal year-end reports; assisted with final phases of $20 million capital campaign.
