Mr. Glosser was solely responsible for initiating discussions, negotiating terms and ultimately closing the sale between CrossMark Transportation Services and Integrity Chauffeured Transportation. This merger provided much needed strategic alignment while doubling existing revenues from divergent and non-competing revenue streams, as well as solidifying the infrastructure needs for two young growing operations. Integrity Chauffeured Transportation is a leader in executive "private car service" in the Dallas Market. Integrity Chauffeured Transportation merged with CrossMark Transportation Services, in April 2011.

Founded the Company in 2008 and provided 100% of seed capital and senior leadership to start CrossMark Transportation with two sweat-equity partners. CrossMark Transportation was a high-end private car service that targeted C-level executives, Venture Capital Fund Executives, and local Fortune 500 companies throughout Dallas. • Successfully built business in a highly competitive market, during extremely difficult economic conditions. Hit breakeven point within 12 months of operation• Successfully added key corporate accounts driving sales and while building solid reputation as a high quality provider.CrossMark Transportation Services merged with Integrity Chauffeured Transportation in April 2011.

Towne Park acquired MEDiPARK in November 2005, thereby extending and solidifying its presence into the Dallas market. Towne Park is the largest provider of valet parking, parking management, and hospitality staffing services in the United States.Immediately following the acquisition, Mark worked very closely with the acquiring firm’s new management team in establishing relationships with key local leaders responsible for contracts in the Dallas Market. In addition, Mr. Glosser played a vital role in managing the successful integration of operations and cultures of the two companies. Mark subsequently moved into business development role to assist in reaching sales and growth goals in targeted markets.•Following integration, began working on regional business development strategy.•Brought structure and strategy to create a more disciplined approach to regional and national sales.•Closed three major contracts generating $2M+ in revenues in less than 12 months.

Founded the Company at age 23 and grew to $4 million in annual sales to 8 major full-service hotels and 2 large regional shopping centers in the Dallas, Texas Market. Directed and led all business operations including sales, recruiting, training & development, capital development, inventory and cost control, and service delivery.• Acting as the sole sales representative for the enterprise, built the company to 250 hourly employees, 20 shift managers, 5 salaried contract managers, and administrative support staff. • Focused strongly on relationship management and customer service to maintain and grow account base in the face of strong competition from national firms with far greater resources.MEDiPARK was a hospitality services firm that provided valet parking, bellstaff, doormen, and shuttle bus services to major full-service, 4-5 star Hotels in Dallas. Notable Clients included Hilton Hotels, Westin Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, and several smaller independent hotels such as the Magnolia Hotel and Warwick Hotel.MEDiPARK was purchased by Towne Park Ltd out of Annapolis, MD in November 2005.
