Led the creation, from inception to launch, of the Progressive Automotive X Prize, which awarded a multi-million dollar purse to groups that prepared and attempted to win a real-world stage race for commercially viable vehicles that could achieve a minimum of 100MPG or its equivalent fuel economy.
