We're now using Scrum as our team development framework and it is having a positive impact in what we are able to accomplish.Latest accomplishment is an online hazardous materials registration portal with an accompanying iOS app. Customers register their information at the portal. The mobile app enables an onsite review of their registration then sends the results back to our servers to finish processing. Really nice system.
