Additional resource in the analytics team has enabled me to push forward with developing Stark's digital marketing footprint. I have been instrumental in the development of new brochures that detail all of Stark's wide range of services. My insights and knowledge of the energy industry is now being translated into regular blog posts on the Stark website whilst I am also running the social media accounts.I maintain a key role in energy analysis for major clients. Ahead of the launch of Stark's new energy analytics platform, I have been working with the technology team to define the scope of this software and develop detailed user experience flows to guide the product.

In August 2016, I was promoted to a Senior analyst at Stark. This promotion was a reflection of my experience gained delivering analysis and reporting to customers with the purpose of saving energy. I now have an expert knowledge of energy management and the industry as a whole. With this knowledge, I have continued to develop the range of services and products at Stark from simple Monitoring and Targeting projects to more advanced analysis including Measurement and Verification and tariff-based alerting. With the loss of Stark's resident training manager, I took over customer training and the ownership of all 'help' collateral for Stark's energy reporting software. I have since trained over 30 businesses and developed a series of webinars covering various energy management topics. As an Energy Data Analyst, I provide analysis and advisory services to Stark's blue chip customer base. By examining energy data, I identify opportunities for our customers to cut costs and reduce energy waste. I deliver ongoing M&T as well as monthly corporate energy reports to my accounts.I inform Stark's product development by applying my knowledge of energy management processes and up to date legislation. I have had a hand in many of the latest innovations on SavenergyOnline, Stark's energy reporting platform.I am regularly working with our Marketing Department to produce insightful and exciting collateral to communicate with both our existing customer base and to sell our services to new clients. Our message is one of revolutionary products making a complex industry simple and manageable at a time when energy is only getting more important.Our training department at Stark utilises the skills of our Energy Analysts as in-house experts. The training being delivered was moulded by the training manager with significant input from myself. I have visited many customers to deliver training and introduce them to Energy Management.

During my time in the Operations teams at Stark, I developed my knowledge of the energy industry from the point of view of an accredited DCDA - working as a Supplier Agent to deliver data that would prevent estimated billing and empower the network to plan for a more secure future. I worked closely with a team to monitor data for a portfolio of around 30,000 meters and ensured that data was validated in accordance with strict industry guidelines and relevant meter faults were raised. I quickly progressed and was given sole responsibility for all meters that Stark were appointed as a DR for (~12,000) and recorded the highest collection statistic at this time.
