I have recently taken over a Document Shredding Bin Service with 100 – 200 existing clients. This new endeavour has force me to improve my business and client management skills. This business endeavour has me as the receptionist for bookings, administrator for invoicing and the driver for the drop offs and collections. So, it has taught me a lot about business and what it takes to succeed.

Having worked for the good guys since March 2017 (5 years), I started as a team member and rose to the leadership role within 18 months of hiring Skills that I have gotten and continue to grow because of this role: · Supplier management with bookings and returns · Customer service with collections and problem solving · Online fulfilment · Visual Merchandising · Team Management · Space Management

This was only best part of 6 months, but it was my first experience in working for myself as a contractor as if you don’t have discipline to login every morning Monday to Friday, you don’t get paid It also shows me I prefer to work in a team environment.
