Turned around the program on verge of cancelation which enabled the award of significant related multi-billion dollar contracts. ERP SAP Development and Deployment Program Director (2009 - 2010)Developed and deployed company-wide integrated system allowing ‘design anywhere – build anywhere’ capability across the 5 Raytheon businesses leading to annual savings of tens of millions of dollars.

Reported to the MDA Director for Engineering with accountability for the technical work of 300 senior analysts across the industry. Led the cross organizational team which deployed and tested a new joint US / Israeli missile defense capability in 3 months including system engineering, deployment and testing. Awarded “MDA Team of the Year” 2 years in a row for the Israeli deployment and enhancements.

Raytheon

Drove a cost proposal resulting in the initial $1.5B THAAD award and then led the development, production, flight test, and fielding of this system. I completed THAAD ahead of schedule and under budget achieving 99% fee rate over six years. Developed and executed a product line strategy with advanced radar technology, AESA, enabling multi-billion $ wins in adjacent and foreign missile defense product lines.
