Chief operating officer in charge of all United States Army Medical Materiel Center - Korea value streams and operations. Manages a $150 million enterprise which serves as the primary medical supply wholesale and retail distributor, medical device maintenance depot, optical fabrication lab, and blood product storage and distribution capability for US forces and agencies operating in South Korea. Most recently and notably, was the crisis response lead in charge of sustaining COVID-19 medical supplies through the forecasting and initial operations which contributed to the significant mitigation of virus impact to US Force health in Korea. Provided medical supply chain management expertise and advice to senior officials to inform critical decisions on the impact of materiel availability on the operation, and calculated limits of capability and readiness using supply chain modeling and in-transit visibility data.

Provided comprehensive medical supply support to the United States Forces Korea by synchronizing the industrial base vendors with medical supply acquisition, storage, and distribution for the theater. Accountable for the $35 million annual budget medical supply inventory in armistice and responsible for supporting plans and operations to rapidly expand health service support in a contingency.

Joint Base Lewis-Mcchord, Wa

Company Commander of one of seven active component medical logistics companies in the Army. Commanded a company of 73 Soldiers providing medical materiel and medical equipment maintenance support to over 30 units on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) through oversight of operations of the Medical Logistics Warehouse and Consolidated Medical Maintenance Shop for the 62nd Medical Brigade providing scheduled medical maintenance and engineering services and emergency repairs of medical equipment.Ensured unit readiness in preparation to respond with agility, flexibility, and ingenuity to deploy to Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom. Assigned to US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Severe Weather Response Force (SWRF) mission and prepared for deployment to support Superstorm Sandy.Provided FORSCOM support to US Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) for medical equipment reset and fielding on JBLM and Sierra Army Depot (SIAD), inventory and services of Army Prepositioned Stock (APS) - 4 (Japan), and Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC).Observer/Trainer augmentee as subject matter expert of medical logistics and company command for NATO Unified Endeavor training exercise to prepare headquarters and maneuver elements for deployment to support Operation Enduring Freedom.Responsible for combat readiness, training, morale, safety, discipline, and well-being of assigned Soldiers and Family Members.
