I led the team in setting goals, creating accountabilities and celebrating success. It was energizing to see the team improve the A/R percent current from 74% to 100%.PEOPLE – I have found that taking a personal interest in people results in their engagement and ownership in the process. This attitude created the commitment from team members to successfully renew a line of credit saving $200K per year and increasing liquidity by $200M.PERSISTENCE – The financial crisis was a challenging time in the credit markets. But I maintained a persistence and calm throughout this period in seeking financing for the company.
