 AppExchange Intelligence/ Marketplace Analytics: Directed 6 engineers as the Agile Team Manager. Led the creation of a new product used for partners’ AppExchange listings analytics. Assembled the AppExchange Intelligence Team, building out an AWS based data lake from the bottom up. Drove requirements, product and infrastructure security, and budgets for this pioneer product type. As a result, more than 200 partners signed up for this analytics product to determine the effectiveness of their advertisement and applications in the Salesforce AppExchange Marketplace. AppExchange (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/): Coached a team of 10 while collaborating with product management to define, scope, and deliver product features.  Streamlined projects by working with product and project managers and engineering groups to schedule, prioritize, and deliver on key time-sensitive deliverables. Served as Scrum Master for a global engineering team, managing daily standups and executing improvements that allowed AppExchange users a common profile across all Salesforce communities.

 Oracle Social Network: Led the project team of 10 engineers in the first cloud provisioned implementation of Oracle Social Network within Oracle Fusion Apps CRM.  Delivered a GWT/Backbone.js based web client for CRM/HCM based integration and stand-alone web application, empowering the team to meet project demands.  Elevated code coverage to 85% using Git, Karma/Jasmine test frameworks with Jenkins for CI and defined performance scalability and reliability metrics used in multi-tenant testing. Blended Agile training, best engineering practices, and risk assessments to boost the performance of product managers, quality engineers, and remote development teams and exceed project objectives.

Manage the system quality team responsible for Oracle WebLogic Portal 10.3.2-10.3.4, content system integration. Implemented a new continuous build and test system and process using Jenkins with an internal Oracle configuration management system while driving quality and risk assessments.

Managed quality assurance functions including writing technical and functional tests for product enhancements, performing and evaluating system tests, and managing teams for WebLogic Portal and associated maintenance patches. Took on system testing required by certification matrix and monthly system generated through multi-dimensional reports to determine and improve release readiness.

Spearheaded quality initiatives as part of the framework software engineering team to improve both performance and quality standards. Wrote and executed Java-based tests for different layers of the Weblogic Portal product. Established continuous build and test application environments used by mainline development by developing and maintaining an Ant based test framework.
