CurrentProduct Owner, Consumer Health Insights Product (2016 – present)•Accountable for execution/delivery of product roadmap capabilities; directed activities of broad team (comprised of IT, analyst, project management and Scrum Master) via Agile project methodology•Coordinated portfolio execution of data science-driven predict analytic models; ensure delivery and integration effectiveness•Strategic and tactical alignment and integration accountability to ensure product and initiative objectives are fulfilled•Product roadmap co-owner; product and project budget development and management•Personally oversee innovation opportunities such as social determinants of health data and use cases, cross-channel and real-time consumer health impactability initiatives, behavioral science application, message/channel optimization. •Drive innovation/data pipeline capability refinement to differentiate analytics, enhance or create use case value. Analytics Portfolio Manager/Healthcare Analytics (HCA) Strategy and Integration (2010 – 2015)• Coordinated across a broad set of stakeholders to create and maintain the HCA Playbook (roadmap) and delivery Business Case for Data Warehouse/Infrastructure portfolio. This encompasses HCA priority initiatives such as enterprise data warehouse, enterprise dimensional model, Hadoop platform introduction.• Lead for all project execution for Government Business Division initiatives such as Medicare Advantage migration, multiple Medicaid migrations, and GBD platform warehouse integration. Ensure optimal solution alignment with enterprise analytics capabilities and warehouse strategies. • Led development and delivery of Information Management/Population Health Management enterprise initiative supporting Medicare Stars program expansion.
