In 2015, I founded FirstCFO to provide early stage technology companies with the expertise and flexibility to employ a capable finance team. I saw a need for hands-on finance leadership that these companies couldn't (and shouldn't) commit limited resources to. In response, I began providing services on a fractional-basis using experiences in leadership roles at high growth entities and large multinationals. As your first finance leader, we deliver a full-service and turnkey finance function. With the support of my team we manage the day-to-day finance activities, provide oversight and advise on finance strategy. We also deliver timely analysis and forecasting to your stakeholders, support compliance activities such as tax and lead grant / fundraising efforts.Where bookkeeping or a a finance function is already in place, we team with management on a project basis to empower financial systems, forecasting and reporting.
