About Mark Hamilton, Cissp, Mba, Lmt
I joined the Air Force in 1988 as a communications-computer system operator. I have worked in various security and computer fields, to include Personnel Security, COMSEC, Automated Digital Network Switching Center, Special Security Office Communications Center, Network Security, Network Management, PC Repair, Microsoft Applications Training, Information Assurance, Information System Security Management, and Computer Forensics.After retiring from the Air Force, I began my second career as a defense contractor, working in and with several of the federal cyber centers including the Defense Cyber Crime Center, the Intelligence Community Incident Response Center, NTOC, and the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force.Following seven years of DOD contracting work, I transitioned to civil service as a Department of the Navy civilian, working with the Marines in the cyber realm. During this time, I fulfilled all requirements to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in Maryland and I started my own massage practice. After three years at MARFORCYBER, I transferred to DISA as an action officer for testing and evaluation.Specialties: Digital forensics, information assurance, DCID 6/3
