• Lead and assist in all aspects of HR programs and services that contribute to establishing and executing strategies and plans for 700+ employees.• Supervises day-to-day HR operations including direct reports’ activities and performance. • Executes high-growth recruitment strategies to attract, identify and source qualified candidates.• Recruits for key open positions by actively sourcing and utilizing multiple job boards, and niche sites.• Maintains/Builds Relationships with Contingent recruitment agencies.• Promotes a work environment that keeps employees engaged and aligned to Uline’s success.• Manages benefits related programs and policies including LOA, FMLA, etc.• Partners with the Safety team to manage work and non-work-related injuries.• Participates in Branch meetings and/or task forces.• Remains up to date on Federal, State and Local Law and Regulations.• Track, audit and analyze internal recruitment programs and processes to measure effectiveness.• Coach managers and provide input on employee relations and matters of corrective action.• Consult with corporate leaders and branch managers on organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and staffing levels.• Partner with leadership to maintain a work environment that keeps employees engaged and aligned to Uline's success.• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring consistent application while working with management to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs in compliance with company policy.

-Maintain and support Microsoft Surface Pro Tablets, printers, computers, video signals, WiFi, and device network configurations.-Support these devices for the sidelines and coaches booth during the game. -Troubleshooting of all devices during the game.-Ability to work in a high stress environment-Setup, Shutdown, and Operation-Scheduling-Postgame Logs
