I am a Machine Learning Scientist at Impact Observatory where I leverage machine learning to create global maps from satellite imagery and remote sensing data. Our team developed the first global, 10 meter land use and land cover map, and have since made a series of these maps extending from 2017 through 2022. Also during the Fall of 2012, I was a course grader for 20th Century Physics of Space, Time and Matter, a physics course for non-majors. Outside of grading for the 80+ students enrolled in this course, I offered homework help sessions for individuals and for groups.During the Spring of 2013, I taught two sections of Thermal and Statistical Physics. My weekly recitations for this course bolstered the students understanding of course material through novel examples not found in their textbook or problem sets.
