Responsible for the development of 41 Residential Apartments in Hornsby. This role has enabled me to take on a significant amount of responsibility, which has exposed me to all facets of construction, including design, earthworks, structure and services. I am actively managing material supplies, subcontractors and coordinating with the project manager and design team in order to ensure effective workflow that will enable our team to meet all project outcomes.- Subcontractor Management – Managing all trades to ensure work is conducted accordingly.- OH&S – Ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety procedures were applied appropriately throughInductions, SWMS, Toolbox talks and safety walks.- Programming and Scheduling – Effectively scheduling the supply of materials and trades in order to establish a productive workflow on site.- Site Organization - Managing deliveries, amenities and cranage.

This role is focused on effective document control, cost control, programme management and the liaison between Subcontractors, Consultants and Authorities, site management to ensure the successful delivery of High Density Mixed Used Developments within the Sydney Region. My duties Include:- Liaise with Contractors and Consultants- Liaise with Site and Office staff- Subcontractor Procurement and Management- Set out and day to day site operations - Raise purchase orders- RFI management- Coordinate projects- Assessing and processing payment claims and variations
