I love to take a hands on approach, roll my sleeves up and get involved. The saying “Cash is King” is true and there is always a way to enhance a process or solve long standing problems which increase the chance of funds being received on time and within terms. I like to think of the bigger picture, I am enthusiastic and I constantly strive for improvements, be it end to end processes, ensuring all departments are constantly aligned, robust testing of new systems, reporting or bespoke client requirements. During my twenty plus years professional experience across a range of sectors I have led on numerous successful AR related IT projects to enhance processes. Add in an unhealthy obsession with MS Excel with a view to maximise efficiency and it is clear it is something I am passionate about.In my previous role I was instrumental in the successful transition of the Accounts Receivable function from London to Belfast, whilst mentoring teams in both offices.
