I am an experienced Operations & Stock Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. I have extensive knowledge in stock management, coaching and process improvement, which have contributed to my success in delivering operational excellence and exceptional customer service.Currently employed at John Lewis & Partners as a Stock Coordinator and Coach, I am responsible for coaching partners to enhance their knowledge and skills in delivering excellent accuracy and availability, which supports the delivery of an accurate stock file and excellent customer experience. In addition, I work closely with the shop leadership team and Central stakeholders to ensure that stockrooms are used efficiently and effectively.My previous roles as a Team Leader at Cooperative Food has equipped me with a strong understanding of stock management and operational processes. At Cooperative Food, I was responsible for ordering produce, managing waste and organizing events for charity.Aside from my operational expertise, I have excellent coaching and process improvement skills. At John Lewis, I have coached partners within Operations and Selling to help them see the wider customer benefits and consistency with adhering to the correct practices and procedures. I have also contributed to process improvement by leading projects, producing process guides and identifying key processes that aid the delivery of an accurate stock file.With proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects, photography, film editing, Microsoft Office and Google Suite, I have a keen eye for detail and creativity that I bring to all aspects of my work.
