Provided support to all Vicinity Centre staff (approximately 1500) as well as mentoring other members of the IT Service Desk team and acting as an escalation point for more complex issues.Achievements included:- Domain migration of 800+ end user accounts; brought on to project in late stages to manage a six person team to achieve key deliverables within a tight deadline while minimising impact to staff.- Consolidation of file shares and mailboxes onto a single environment, reducing system complexity and providing a unified user experience for all staff.- Assisting with deployment of unified print system (Canon uniFlow) by providing technical support and advice to the project owner to allow swifter solution design.

Acted as team leader for the IT Helpdesk team and as an escalation point for more complex issues. This role also involved working as a member of the Network and Infrastructure team on several key projects.Achievements included:- Being a technical resource for Managed Print Services tender process including creation of key selection criteria and judgement of tender responses. Worked with successful bidder (Canon) on solution design, implementation and deployment of equipment to 70+ offices across Australia. This project reduced corporate risk by standardising on a single vendor (previously three) and reducing the number of different device models from over twenty to four.- Acting as a senior member of a project team that coordinated and implemented an office move affecting 200+ staff. The move was completed in a single weekend with no outage for remote staff access and involved physical relocation, installation and testing of all office equipment including desktop PCs and printers. Oversaw several contractors to ensure quality of work delivered met expectations of business.- Involvement in deployment and management of Telstra TIPT VoIP phone system. The system was implemented to refresh old telephony equipment as well as simplify the abovementioned office move by providing a system that could be installed prior to the move date, reducing complexity and risk of the move project.

Achievements included:- Redesigning and developing asset management system for mobile devices.- Implementing Sharepoint based Helpdesk ticketing system.- Working on Desktop SoE transition from Windows XP to Windows 7.
