I was engaged as Head of Delivery at Techlightenment to set up operations for a new social media agency (which was to be London's biggest at the time). In 2008 social media was exploding and the Facebook application platform had only been available for a matter of months making for an environment of rapid change and learning.I built and managed a team of nine permanent staff including; Project Managers, Information Architect/UX Analyst, Designers, Developers (PHP, Action Script 3, HTML/CSS) and Testers. I also recruited and managed freelance resources where required for specific design or development tasks.Along with running the operations of the company, I also oversaw or directly project managed social media projects for many high profile clients including:- Paramount Pictures- Vodafone - MySpace - Skype - Bablegum - McCain - Samsung - HSBC

Spark's ISP (then known as Xtra) was at-the-time in a market dominating position with around 50% of the business market and 60% of the consumer market. During this period of strong growth I held three different roles:- Account Manager for a customer base covering large corporate, public and SME.- Team Leader of a team of seven encompassing; Project Managers, DNS administration, general provisioning, circuit provisioning and business billing.- Project Manager installation of large-scale corporate internet connections.
