Supported by my team and the wider Marsh family I strive to be our clients trusted risk and insurance advisor.Developing a client service model accompanied by a robust sales and new business strategy ensures that I am able to focus on all areas of growth and talent development within the team.Whilst I do run a team I am a hands on specialist in structuring international insurance and reinsurance programs for both construction and operational facilities. Being relevant within the industry by maintaining my sector knowledge enables me to talk confidently and creatively to our clients and prospects.
