Support deal teams on corporate transactions involving data and technology risks and representations. || Crisis Management and Incident Response ||Counsel clients on U.S. and global security and data incidents across a number of industries, supporting internal and forensic investigations, regulator and individual notifications, and interactions with law enforcement and other affected third parties.|| Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Litigation and Regulatory Actions ||Represent clients in regulatory and state AG investigations, class actions, and PCI assessments. || Intellectual Property Counseling and Litigation ||Address a wide range of patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret issues, including procurement, contract disputes, and litigation in numerous federal courts. IP matters span complex technologies including 3D printers, networks and communications, cloud computing, operating systems, virtual machines, browsers, encryption, image processing and semiconductors.
