Mark is a seasoned entrepreneur, business advisor and business owner. Mark is the Owner of Senior Helpers Boston and South Shore MA, a leading home-care agency serving the greater Boston metropolitan area. He also serves as an Advisory board member for several professional services and product companies. He is an advocate for home care licensing and standardized practices in MA, where none currently exist. He served as a faculty member in Lasell College’s E.L.D.E.R. Partnership Program. He is also one of two certified trainers in Massachusetts of the Virtual Dementia Tour (VDT®), a teaching tool that replicates the physical phases of dementia. He is the author of A Guide to Excellent (and Successful) Aging available on Amazon. He is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and A certified Aging in Place Specialist. His Agency was the first Independent Agency in the United States to achieve Age Friendly Care at Home Certification from Community Health Accreditation Partners (CHAP).After serving on the Board of Advisors for Assured Allies, Mark stepped in as VP of Services and Operations for Assured Allies, a predictive analytics and risk management company serving the long term care insurance and investment sector. He designed and built their national delivery platform from inception through August, 2022.Mark was the Partner of and Managing Director for the Americas for ECSI Consulting, a boutique consultancy focused on Innovation and Growth. He was the founder and managing partner at Real Time Strategy - a general management consultancy where he specialized in strategy development and implementation with a focus on troubled organizations. He served as Vice President and head of Retail for adidas US and Canada. Mark has over two decades of experience advising corporations on managing change and improving performance.
