My career started in music, where I learned a lot about overcoming difficult challenges and the value of hard work over time to master skills. But, my time leading musical ensembles and managing a nonprofit organization as a musician showed me I have another passion, improving the effectiveness of organizations.While I have pursued this new goal, my career thinking has expanded and I have put my energy towards leveraging data analytics to uncover insights to solve complex problems and to effectively communicate those findings. Currently, I am combining my two passions of art and data as a business analyst at the Art Institute of Chicago, supporting Finance, Strategy and Operations.
